Oil and filter change

Hi guys,
I'm still fairly new to maintaining my z, but I want to perform an oil and oil filter change soon, just need some help/advice.

Equipment I have:
Jack + 2 jack stands
Spanner set
Drain pan
Oil filter wrench
funnel

Obviously now I will need the new oil filter and new engine oil. Which filter do I have to get from this site: http://search.supercheapauto.com.au/sea ... l%20filter (Only store in my town for car things).
Engine oil as well, which is best for a 1991 NA z32?

Now the dumb questions, where would I find my drain plug and oil filter? I know the drain plug should be under the car somewhere but where exactly? (Im in Australia, so RHD ZX here).

Thanks! I did the change a few days ago but i'll use the other board in future.
