Don't know if these are LP, but someone just bought some Megans.Mutant107 wrote:Anybody has information on Megan street LP series coilovers; looking at purchasing a set.

Struts and Springs: BC Racing BR-Type V-11 (really a combination of V-04 fronts and V-01 rears). Measurements before were 28.75" in front and 28.25" in back. Post drop measurements, right now, are 26.75" all around.
Tire/Wheel Dimensions: 19x8.5 BE by Breyton GTS-AV Hyper Silver Wheels on 245/40/19 Continental ExtremeContact DWS's
Ride Quality Stock: My struts/shocks were aging and starting to be bad so I'd say 7.
Ride Quality Dropped: 9, a little rough over significant bumps in the road (like where to pieces of pavement meet to make a ridge) but otherwise very smooth. I have mine set on 30F/30R (softest possible setting). I didn't get coilovers for performance, I got them for looks and for the comfort (since some springs can be rough).
Other Information: So far I haven't had an alignment done, so we'll see.

Do you have a part number for the endlinks? Any modifications needed to use them or are they direct bolt on?EniGmA1987 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 10, 2019 11:09 amCar Model: M35
Struts and Springs: KYB shocks and struts. Tein S-Tech springs. 1.8" front drop, 1.1" rear drop
Tire/Wheel Dimensions: 20" rims, 255/35 tires. No rubbing. Bottoms out easily, must take bumps very slow.
Ride Quality Stock: 10
Ride Quality Dropped: 8
Other Information: Eibach front upper and rear lower camber arms required for proper alignment. This large of a drop puts significant strain on end links, recommend upgrading to SPL or Whiteline endlinks to handle additional strain.

replaced steering tie rod:
new SPL end links to handle additional strain and they give additional options for setting pre-load for adjusting handling firmness:
Eibach upper control arms along with KYB strut and Tein S-Tech spring:
new DBA T3 rotors, Akebono performance pads, and remanufactured calipers:
20" TSW rims and Michelin A/S3 255/35/R20 tires:
They are direct bolt on for me with an M35. You'll want to check whether M35 and M45 share the same end link part number to see if they are direct fit for your car. I would think they probably are the same, but I know the sway bar is larger on the M45 so there is a chance they may not fit.
Is this for sure that the M45 bar is different from the M35?EniGmA1987 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2019 9:53 amThey are direct bolt on for me with an M35. I got these SPL ones as they were the highest strength and best misalignment capability:
SPL front end links
SPL rear end links
Whiteline front end links
Whiteline rear end links
The whiteline ones are still a strength upgrade and are cheaper than the SPL ones.
