well demolition work is going pretty slow, but I am currently looking for someone willing to put in some welding time. I can do it myself but I have other things i can do too. If we have a real ace welder in the house, I would really appriciate it.

papasmurf i think youd be surprised how much brake a car like this needs...plus a lot of people err on the side of too much because its like a better safe than sorry situation

Nice, wiring harness tearing apart ftl though for sure.

I think if we paint it with a BRE scheme my lust for it would simply be too strong. I have an S130 front-end sitting here, at no cost we could really make it look like an BRE car! lol

I have a 110v MIG welder with gas. It was the biggest one that Lincoln had available with a 110v outlet. Depending on the amount of alcohol consumed depends on how 'pretty' the welds come out. I've never needed anything bigger than that with my project, but let me know if I can be of any help.

Holy $hit Somthing actually cool in NH. Woots... all i can really offer is the ability to lift heavy things and basic craftsman tools. Unless u need a SE hatch with a bit of rust for free that could be mad doctor'd.

I also demand photochop/ms paint color scheme ideas!

Quit whining, you were the one who wanted to build this car in the first place.

James, its your fault you are out of the country!!! We need cage done as soon as its ready to go in, so I'm sorry, we can probably use your welding skills with other things, this car will NOT be done when it is built in October, it is going to be built and rebuilt and built again!!!

Yeah too bad you can't come for the buildup, but maybe you can take the trip for the race in october. It should b e a good time.

Robert, thanks again for everything. I'll keep in touch with you.

And on to the updated pics...This weekend we felt like we were spinnin' our wheels with removing the final sound deadening, and removing dash wiring(4.4 lbs of unused dash wiring, and we still didn't remove the TCU and Cruise wiring when i weighed that bag.

We also did some trimming and reinforcing of the Fiberglass Dashboard, and our FIA spec roll cage got shipped out a few days ago so we are almost ready for that to go in.

Justin- I have been in touch with Shelly and will be sending back sponsorship packet soon.

This car is going to be fun and the next few months are going to fly by. Anyway on to a few pics of the car this last weekend.
