How do you access the side turn signal bulbs? Can I do that at the same time as my headlamps and front turn signal bulbs when my wheel is off?

The side turn signal bulbs are one of the easiest things to access on the whole car. Just protect the paint and they'll pop out easily if you use a flat screwdriver or similar tool on the short end nearest the door. After swapping the bulbs, they just pop back in.

Just a note. The fender mounted turn indicators look very similar between 06-10. However, on my 09, they are a sealed unit. No way to change the bulb without taking the housing apart. Regardless of the year, you will need to add resistors to each turn indicator (regardless of location) to prevent fast flashing. I did this on my 07 and it came out great. The resistors are easily obtained on Ebay for each bulb size.
