park place is common, boardwalk is held by some guy somewhere who did a 'favor' for whoever made the promotion
and slapping a vin on an imported vehicle is wickid illegal, especially in californiayou can do what i did to make it legal, take everything off the illegal car, and stick it all on a legal shell, then poof, its legal (except california still i think)its really gay, because its almost identical, but if you dont want to risk getting impounded for awhile, or worse then its the cheapest way to go
(and gives you a chance to clean/rebuild everything, and replace things you usually dont check for)

thanks for the reply, and by the way....you got a clean a$$ car bro !!
as of where the car stands right now, i went into DMV to see what i can do and i have an appointment this friday to have inspected. so i need to go back to pick n pull and get the bracket to mount the back seats and the seat belts. other than that, the car is still together, just the back is gutted out. oh, im taking out the suspension that the other guy had in there cause it sits crooked and drives like s**t, not the car...just the suspension.
but we will see what happens on friday, and i will try to get some pics of the car by then as well.
