OBDII codes P0420 and P0158

Can anyone tell me what these codes indicate. P0420 has to do with fuel air metering. My QX-4 is running great though. The other code is P0158 which has to do with the Auxilary Emission Contro. I can reset it and it comes back within 25-30 miles. My QX-4 is a 2001 model and has about 80K miles on it. My tags are due in a couple of months so I have to get it corrected. I'm hoping it is a sensor that can be replaced since it is running so well. Any help will be greatly recieved.l
