Car: nissan sentra GXE 2002

The car used to not start occasionally buy if I let it set a while it would decide to start later. Now it won't start no matter how long I let it sit. Any ideas?

P0600 is a low or loose connection to either Dataport or ECM.

Have you removed or tapped your ECM for anything?
