LoL I know I saw you left the tire. I was like wtf, but just figured you didn't want it, but I couldn't understand why. Oh well.

The toll guy just kept talking, it was getting awkward, people were lining up behind me. I tried inching forward but he kept going lol. I wouldn't say more than 5 min, but it wasn't a quick hey how ya doin kinda thing.

Btw I think last night pushed my front wheel bearing a bit closer to death. I knew they were going but I'm hearing a clicking on the left and the humming on the right got a bit louder If only I had the money for a 5 lug conversion

Haha. Yes, I wanted it. I still can't believe that I forgot it. But I have another spare, so it's not a big deal.

Wheel bearings aren't that expensive. Can't you get them installed where you work?

Yea I can use the lift at work and get the parts at shop price. I just hate spending the money on four lugs, when ima eventually 5 lug it up. Oh well, old car things are gonna go. I found two more rims for my car, junk yard is bringing em by on monday and I'm buying two more tires.

ive been thinkin and even through i hate myspace i guess it might be easier if someone makes a myspace/facebook page for this and everyone request to be a friend...this way we can have a record of all members and we could just send messages that way and everyone can just post comments there and i guess if miro wants to start it he can keep it updated with dates and wat not......this way we kinda have a site to chill on that is solely meant for this crew we got here and its FREE........first lets take ideas on a name then we can make it myspace.com/xxxxxx then everyone can put it in there signitureim willing to make this and also if anyone has a better idea for the kind of site LMK

That's a good idea. Let's get a name that everyone is happy with.

Then, we can be cool and get stickers to put on our cars. Seriously, I need some to cover up dents and scratches.

Also, once everyone gets their cars together, we will have a much more solid group. Nate, I'm assuming you're still working on yours. When do you think you'll have something drivable? Nissan's going to come out with a new Silvia before Nino gets a manual trans. Los seems to be getting his car together from the looks of his thread, but still not ready.

We need everyone driving and also have to find a place between central and north Jersey so nobody has to drive for an hour to get to meets. I don't think anyone will have a problem with driving 30 min. I've been looking on google maps for any lots in that area, still searching.

It's funny that you say that. I took out my a/c system today, and I found this between my condenser and radiator.

That's right. Hostess cakes wrapper (and a bunch of other crap) blocking my radiator.

While removing the a/c, I also replaced my fan clutch, so no more "squirrel caught in the intake" sound after 4000 rpm. That should make it slightly easier to not attract attention in future drift outings. Now if I could just stop exploding tires.

I have to go to Chicago tomorrow until Monday, and then I go back to school next week. So I'm only going to be in NJ on weekends for a while. But that should give me more time to browse Google Maps and contact people about renting out lots.

That's funny about that wrapper. The weathers crappy out tonight, I'll just look at google maps for a bit, go out if I see anything good.

It sucks not having a/c in the summer. When I bought my car the pump was rusted to no end and there was no belt, so I knew the deal. It came out within the first week of having the car lol. I pulled the condeser and flushed my radiator when I did my timing chain in the summer. It looked like the thing went through a hay field.

Did you go into the dash too or just cap the lines going into the firewall?

What?

Yeah. The A/C had no refrigerant, so I never used it in the summer. My car's actually not that bad. Maybe the dark tint helps keep it a little cooler. I'm taking out the evaporator in the dash when I install the carpet I got from Nate. I'm going to make the interior more presentable when I do that.

Did you remove the evaporator?

Flushing the cooling system was a *****. It took me so long to get the drain plug on the engine block off, hopefully not doing that again anytime soon.

No mines still in the dash, it's staying in there until I have to do something where the dash comes out. I didnt have the luxury of draining it from the engine. I had my front (timing) cover off and wasn't gonna get any more non oil fluids in my pan. I just flushed the radiator inside and the fins. I'm gonna be do work again in the summer so I'll do it then.

How about Drift Axis? That kind of sounds familiar, but I can't remember if I heard it somewhere.
