I don't remember... how? I think we bukkaked ourselves with most of the fluid. There wasn't much left after that.

Louis, I have a DE head you can take for free, but it's been sitting outside for a while and is pretty dirty, so you'd need to get it cleaned/checked by a shop. It's from the KA I popped last June, so there's also some sludginess in it IIRC. But the head is fine, just messed up a rod bearing.

Which end of the tie rod?

Inner, i have tien tie rods and they rob sort of i think when i turned it into full lock it popped up, Meaning it was really loose which sucks

If you removed the locking tabs that go on the end of the tie rods, you need to put Loctite on the tie rod threads. They come loose pretty easily without it.

so my car is still a POS!!Last night wen i got to my girls house the upper rad hose sprung a leak so i left it at her house overnight. This morning at 9 i went there and i wanted to see where the leak was coming from so i started the car popped the hood and saw the slit in the hose. I shut the car off topped it off with coolant. then after like 3 minutes i decide im gunna drive it home and change the hose at my house. well i got to start my car and it won't start. WTF!! . It turns over and then for a second it sounds like it starting and the motor shakes and then it goes back to turning over. So im guessing something with the fuel. Should i just check every connection and dry it from the coolant being all over it?

the clutch is gone and i cant downshift on the highway the rebuild kit is only 160 so its not bad im free tonight so if your at the shop ill stop by ill call you

Umm i think the problem may be that there is coolant in/on the distributor cap. Well basically coolant is everywhere, im check it all tomorrow. The thing i dont understand is how come it started once and not the second time?

working on that... its getting a lil more complicated since im antistretch... yeah i said it lol. still gotta get some tires and a few bits here and there. did a test fit on the rear today after work. deff happy w/ how they fit.

miro the chunks that u cut out of the rear fenders on ur car do u still have them and are they in good condition? i need to patch up my rust hole

My left rear fender piece is pretty decent, right one is crap. Wheels look really nice. Make it low.
