Thanks Marc. I'll see if I can help you out with the cage when you start building up your car. Do it... with 2-inch tubing. Be a baller.

Blown head gasket, dude. It's not worth that much. I bought it for $200, and trust me, I got $120 worth out of it. (See video above)

If you want a KA, I got another one for $50. Don't know it's condition.

No problem. Thought it was going to be worse, but good thing it was only the tire.

Your friend called last week (Is his name really Duck?). He said he would try to come over on Saturday (last weekend), but never called. So don't know. I already sold the KA from my car, but the other two that are outside are still available.

hahah yeah duck... id tell u his real name but idk it. i told him to let me know if there was any problems and aslong as he could get u the cash id pick the motors up but i guess he never got it all sorted out. him being down south makes logistics a pain in the ***. its all good though ill let him know about the motors. do u still have the mounts? and does the price u told me include the motor/transmission mounts or is it just for the motor mounts?

Forgot what I told you for the mounts. I want $100 for engine + transmission mounts.

Sam, didn't get your text until now, battery was dead. What were you doing at the shop?

Nice. Should look a lot better with the bumper on right.

Don't have that much stuff to throw out right now, just 50 or so bottles of used oil. First priority is building the car, so when I can get ahead of schedule on that, I'll take some time to throw out the oil and other little things.

But you should come pick up the steelies and your tools. I'll give you the sweet rust-less steelies, too. They're from my friend's black S13 (the kid you met from Cali). I gave him my 7-spokes since that car deserved better and got his steelies in exchange.

Alright. Give me a call when you want to come by. I'm only going to be in the garage 8 - 9:30 tonight just to clean up a little and cut out some more rust. I ran out of shielding gas, so can't do much until I get it refilled tomorrow morning.

That car looks so sweet. Awesome. We need to meet up some day and start drifting.

Here's a "teaser" pic of my car... haha.

Rust repair and stitch welding should be done this week... Starting on the roll cage next week... oooooh yes.

You need a cage for A group, can't do tandem without it. I found out that the cage through the firewall is a no-no. None of the drifting series allow drilling through the firewall. You can probably put plates on both sides of the firewall and continue the tubes into the engine bay that way, but might not be worth the trouble. I'm not sure if I'm going to do that to my car yet.

Nino, you can't do rust repair properly with the car together. Also, your rust is serious. It will take a few weeks to fix, so you need to get another car to drive around before you work on yours.
