what part of atlanta is it going to be in.

The track's address is Hampton, GA, which is south of Atlanta.

When we meet for dinner we will probably meet somewhere within 20 mins of the track.

I'm working on reserving a place right now. My friend's friend lives in the area and is supposed to be finding me a decent place to meet.

Is everyone pretty much staying at the same hotel? Looking to make reservations but not sure where the majority of people are going to be staying... any suggestions?

colies....do u need roomates? If so, do u mind if me and greg room with you? I don't know where everyone is staying, but if you make reservations, let me know if you need a couple roomates.

We're only staying saturday night down by the track. Friday night will be at my house. You're welcome to stay there too if you want Friday night. Let me know, otherwise I'll look for another roomate or 2.

Is NICO going to have a spot for every to register and park together at the show? Also, is there going to be any racing this year?

I might be interested in the dinner. Unfortunately I won't know for sure until that week.

Ok, here is my problem..I really want to go to this..BUT, I wont be able to go until Friday..I could leave after school if my car is still running good.. I am also only 17..so i cant get a room or anything...and I will not know if I will be able to go until closer to that date..If anyone in Knoxville is planning on going later that Friday I would be glad to run with you down there...and i guess I would have to share a room with someone..if I stay which I would almost have to...or sleep in my car...

....well, I hope I can get all this worked out Before that time comes..Mav

Just let me know about dinner when u find out.

As for the parking, I haven't set anything up yet. But I think it may be too late to set that up anyway. Most people have probably already registered, and it has to be set up before you register.

I plan on attending and will be driving in from Bham on Saturday morning. I have not register at a hotel yet. Anybody know of a good hotel to stay at? Have not seen any schedule either. I don`t have a security alarm on my s13 yet, so I haven`t decided if I am bringing the s13.

I am new to the site and to the nissan world....I would love to attend and meet some of you guys/girls...hopefully have the car finished by then as well....Count me in, Also I may bring 2 or 3 nissan lovers with me but count me in for sure

I will likely drive down from Louisville if my job wont interfere.I may come with 2 cars of my own and a couple friends form around here.

We should definetly try to get a Nico parking area.

If there had been a NICO parking area I probably would have brought the 240. Instead I am going in the Prelude and parking with Honda-Tech. If something does work out let me know as I might have my brother bring my 240.

Hopefully I can sell the Lude and a bunch of Honda parts while I'm there. Maybe even pick up a good frontmount for the Nissan.

Is anyone bringing parts to sell?

Ok, here we go, here are the details on the dinner reservations:

We will be meeting at the Ruby Tuesday's on GA 20 at 9:30pm on Sat, Sep 18th. Our reservations are for approx. 40, but I will be calling them as time gets closer to give a better estimate.

The address for Ruby Tuesday's is:

1168 Highway 20/81McDonough, GA 30253

To get there from Atlanta Motor Speedway:

When leaving AMS, turn right onto US 19/41 (south).

Turn left at the Wendy's (visable from the track entrance) onto GA 20 (east).

Follow the signs for GA 20 through Hampton, GA, and go under I-75. Ruby Tuesday's will be just east of I-75 on GA 20.

I am planning on going...the only thing stopping me is that I am under 18..so that = no hotel room..so if someone is willing to share a room I am down...I am hoping I can get someone I know from here (Knoxville) to go to room with...but if I cant I will have to find someone else...other than that if my car is running I will be there for sure....I will have to come up friday night or sat. morning though...advice..anyone?? K, I got you guys added.

Even though reservations have been made, they were made for "roughly 40" people. So I have no problem adding to the list. If we get closer to 50, I'll simply call them up and tell them.

I told them I'd try to give them more of an exact count as time got closer anyway.

Maverick...Saturday night I will be getting a hotel with some people. Probably have to get 2 or 3 rooms. If you need a place to stay Saturday, you can stay with us.

My phone # is 404-819-5496 if anyone needs to get a hold of me during that weekend. If you need a place to sleep, info on the restaraunt, get lost, etc, call me.

OK, here's the deal - There's really no rooms available in the area (within 20-30 miles). Looks like i'm gonna stay at Torry's place, and he's said anyone else is welcome to crash out there too.

If anyone already HAS a room reserved and wants to rent out the sofa or second bed, let us know: [email protected] or [email protected].

Don't worry about it. We can stay at my place, it's not a big deal. I'm just on the other side of Atlanta is all. I've stayed at my place all weekend for the last like 5 years, one more isn't gonna hurt.

But yeah, as Greg said, if anyone needs a place to stay and doesn't have a room, everyone is more than welcome to stay at my place Saturday night.

maverick, you can travel down with us from Atkins. its a little out of the way but we are near Bristol sorta. we got an extra hotel room too, but you might have to help pay for it and what not. Shaun

Brit, I'd offer you a place to stay for the weekend, but you could stay at your house and only be 5 minutes farther away than I will be.
