Noise in dash ???? HELP

Noise in dash ???? HELP
Ok, im not sure how to explain this but it but... there is a noise in the dash when i hit a bump of just driving ... this may sound crazy but it sounds like a bird inside the car lol ????? anyone got any idea?

These cars tend to develop rattles and squeaks in the body as more miles are put on them. You could find were it is coming from and try to fix it by lubricating the mounting hardware, or by installing a material to lessen the noise.
My whole car has body noises while I drive. Its completely normal, and I just live with it.

my car and every other 300zx ive been in squeaks. Loud exhaust + radio = no squeaks
