No “"Vehicle electronic systems" option in the settings menu, anybody know

I just bought a 2006 Infinity QX56 two weeks ago and I noticed that in the settings menu it does not show the “"Vehicle electronic systems" option, it shows Display, System Settings, Navigation, Guidance Voice, and Guidance Volume, does anybody know why?

It turns out the engine has to be running for the menu option to show up
