So I finally got my CA put together and it wont start, turns out I'm missing two important components to starting, spark and fuel. So I have power and ground to coils and injectors (DSM 450's) my CAS and MAF is sending all the proper signals, turns over great, I have two ignitor chips niether helped the spark all the connectors are plugged in properly and nothing helped. Is my ECU fried or what?

Any chance was this an auto to manual swap? Is your fuel pump turning on when you turn the key? These could be some problems for the motor not getting spark or fuel.

before you make work harder, check the easy stuff....Fusebox...check it for the fuel pump...

i only thought of that because i wired my fuel pump fuse to be connected to a switch that i can cut on and off

which works as theft deterrent...my dad tried to take off with my car but then it died like 3 feet away from the driveway

No transmission swaps and I know my fuel pump works because I tried starting the car but forgot to hook up the fuel lines first . Fuses are all good and how do I tell if the ECU is dead?

Red and green lights when I turn it on but I cant tell if I'm in diagnosis mode or not because the screw just keeps spinning, I assume thats not good.

set the ecu to regular mode, and put a piece of putty on it to keep the screw in place till you can figure out what else is up. check EVERY and i mean EVERY fuse, fusable link, relay etc in your engine bay. also, if you have a multimeter check for power at the injectors and coil packs. check your resistor pack as well.

thinking of everything i can, good luck

Is your motor grounded? I know that sounds stupid.
