I've recently removed my intake plenum to replace all my injectors and ran into a little problem. after putting everything together the car won't fire. it will turn over but not even a pop or sputter from the engine. I went through and rechecked my work, thinking I had just forgot to put something back where it was but everything looked good. I then began diagnosing and came to the conclusion I wasn't getting spark. I ran through a couple things and then checked the grounds and here's where things get weird. The ground pictured below is giving me a MAJOR headache.I unscrewed the grounds and began cleaning them when I noticed the spark plug I had pulled out to check began arching. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!? I pulled off other plugs to double check and all are going off when this one wire is grounded out. there are two wires grounded out by this one screw and when I touch the two together to ground them out it doesn't arch, nor does it when it's screwed down. I can only make it arch when rubbing it on metal. I'm pretty sure this is why I'm not getting spark but have no clue where to go from here? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
