one day my audio stopped working in my m37. I did research and found out it was the bose amp in my car. ive been searching online and its hard to find them and I have been trying to look like parting out m37 near me, but just havent found any. the g37 bose amp look exactly like the m37 one, but apparently my buddy told me theyre not compatiable. that being said can anyone help me get my hands on one.....if anyone has a M37 parting out near them or knows where i can get one. thanks

You need to hunt down the part number and then you can find out if it is used in other models as well.

You'll have to go through a website to find the part.

--------------

EDIT: I used Grubbs Infiniti (in TX) to search their parts list for an Amp for a 2012 M37 (not sure what package you have so you may want to do this yourself) and it gave me the following part number:

282311MU0A

When I Googled it, it is indeed an amp (and looks like it's used in most variations of the M series). Looks like it can be had for less then $100 if you shop around online...which is SUPER surprising as I figured an OEM amp (just because it's OEM) would be like $350 lol. However, with a part number in hand you can now utilize Craigslist (doubtful), Junk Yards (doubtful), and EBay (highly likely someone is selling one).

EXACTLY what I found when I searched too which seemed WAY too cheap but it that is all it takes it should be an easy fix. Nissan specific auto dismantlers are another option but with such a low price I would get it new.

Yeah, if you find the one for your car and can confirm the part number (I'd call your Infiniti dealer and give them your VIN and have them cross reference the part number), and it's that cheap, I'd definitely just get new as well.

Oh. Hmm, sorry for the misleading info.

Have you called your dealer to get the part number?

Do you have the Touring package? or the base sound system?

This is what I found so far - verify with your dealer:
BOSE amp w/Touring package - Part# 28060-1MA1C, $2100'ish new.
BOSE amp w/o Touring package - Part# 28060-1MA0C, $1900'ish new

That doesn't seem to be a valid part number. Nissan/Infiniti part number almost ALWAYS have a letter in the last set of characters of a part number.

Yup. That's most likely the part number assigned to the amp by Bose or whatever company they contracted to build it for them.
