No right head light high beam

Low beams and fog lights work fine. Select high beams and only the left head light works, the right is completely dark. Cleaned three grounds in engine compartment, swapped relay with left side (to no effect), replaced both bulbs

Any ideas??

maybe something in headlight switch itself.
