This Is how it all started while tighting the screw for the bleeder on the intake manifold the my socket touched the wire that goes to the fuel injector close to the front of the car anyway a spark came out so i stop and notice the wires were exposed so now my car wont start it tries to but just doesnt have that little umf so i checked fuses and notice the fuse for the st siganl under the driver side is not getting any power to power the fuse so what do i do now and i checked getting spark and fuel

the start signal fuse only gets power when you turn the ignition key to start . the power is coming from the ignition switch.

Hey, the only thing I have to go by here is a wiring diagram of the fuse box, and I don't see anything labled St Signal Fuse. I know there are fuses and fusible links in the relay box as well as the fuse block. Maybe one of those is blown. I assume you've repaired the bare wires that you bumped, if not maybe you might have an open in a wire there. If the st signal fuse is fed by the ignition switch you can check for an open in that circuit using an ohm meter.

there is a difference between the start and on position. start is when you momentarily give power to the starter so the fuse should NOT have power when ignition is in on position.

before doing anythign else, check the brown fusible link 25amp . eng cont. check it carefully because most untrained people seem to miss that these fusible links are blown

look in top window and see if fuse is burned. double check with ohm meter. set to 200 ohm range. or set so it buzzes when there is continuty. if it is open , you get a 1 which stands for open. also check the 10 amp fuses in the relay box.
