no more good sr20's?????

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i heard that there arent any more good low mileage, good compression sr's any more because everybody already has them......is this true or does it just depend on where you get em?????

in all honesty the sr20det is a great engine, and if you really want to do a sr swap you should just get a rebuildable block. then you can just rebuild it to your specs and not have to worry about if its damaged or not. this is what I SHOULD have done with my rb25det, instead i just tossed it in my s13 and it had so many little problems. rebuild kits for sr rebuild kits are pretty cheap any way.
