Did you top off the fluid? If the fluids full, pump the clutch a few dozen times to build the pressure back up.

Did you bleed the bottom and top? Was having clutch problems myself a few weeks ago until I found out there was a top bleeder, just black sludge came out the first couple of bleeds

Topped it off never let the fluid go below the middle that way no air would get in the system .... and where is the top bleeder located ? there is only 1 on the slave cylinder

It may be for TT's only, someone please verify for me, basically its to the left of your power steering pump. Use a wrench to slightly open it, plug a clear hose in it to see the bubbles, open it up all the way using your fingers....bleed until you see only clear fluid w/o bubbles.

On the left there.

Pump 5x, bleed slave. Repeat until there are no bubbles. Then,

Pump 5x, bleed upper point. Repeat until there are no bubbles. Pedal should be firmer now.

Whoa BigT! That is a clean bay! Howed you get rid of all that clutter on the passenger side? Isn't it necessary?

Thanks

As for the stuff on the pass side, I eliminated my HICAS by converting to an NA PS pump, reservoir and an NA subframe. I got rid of the cruise control, because I never used it.

I could have/should have eliminated the upper bleeder point while I had the engine out as well, but I overlooked it. That would make clutch bleeding much easier.
