So my battery is not getting a charge. Battery and alt have been tested as good.

I was checking the alternator pigtail wires and only the grey one is giving no reading with ignition on. Is it supposed to give me a reading?

Check all the fuses and grounds also.

Year and engine?, they can change alts every year and engine if they want. Wiring color codes as well.

If ignition is on but engine not running it only makes sense that at least one wire has no current as there can be no output from alt if it is not turning.

State your case better for battery not charging, if battery is bad they often act like that. The only acceptable battery test is a loadtest at CCA, if not done the statement that battery is 'good' is worthless.
