nk pos sensor and throttle body on Altima 2003 2.5

Took car to dealer. After they reset computer as per recall,and did an inspection after leaving the shop new whinning noises etc and when I returned the car suddenly now the throttle body and crank pos sensor must be changed. Just too coicidental. I note in past posts 200,000 2003 altimas were recalled for faulty crank angle sensor...is this same crank pos sensor? If so should be it not covered by warranty?Hope somecan adviseThanksGabrielle
