Hi and welcome to NicoClub. To me, it sounds like you have transmission issues, but you could be having idle issues. Your work up to now could have helped if it were idling issues. What RPMs does your car idle at when cold and when warm? Do you run your AC all the time? Do you have any check engine lights? Can you get an OBD-2 scanner and check your car for codes? A lot of car parts stores will loan you an OBD-2 scanner for free or scan it for you.
Just to be sure, you mean shaking vibrations that you feel, not sound vibrations that you hear, correct? Where does it seem like the vibrations comes from when you feel it? Steering wheel, your seat, the dash, the hood, etc.
You can use our website to download your FSM and look for diagnoses in there. At the top of the page it says Service Manuals. You can search for car shudders or car shakes during idle if that's the issue. You can probably call around to mechanics and find out which one does the most affordable diagnoses. They can test drive the car and hook it up to a consult machine to see if there is anything wrong that the car's computer is detecting.
