Yeah, I wasn't expecting the TPMS to be a separate valve stem. I'm actually not sure which one I'm suppose to use to fill the tires up They called the Hyper Black, which I always thought was a little darker. But I did start having TPMS errors by the time I got to work; blinking for about 1 minute then staying on. I was thinking that maybe the hot pressure was too high, I was sitting a little over 38 hot. So I dropped them to about 36 hot, but I haven't had the chance to drive it since getting to work. Not sure if the TPMS triggers for too high of a temp, but I figured it was worth a try.BlackNWhite wrote:Nice, good choice man.
Maybe I'm seeing things... but are those your tire pressure sensors? If so, you lucked out that they fit. They didn't fit my rims and now I gotta deal with the stupid orange light.
Also, is that gun metal or hyper black? What finish are the rims?
Why wait, I put the Injen intake in last weekend, did my 500 mile oil and filter change (same way I break my bikes in), have the Stillen trunk wing and a replacement (and hopefully correct this time) Stillen roof wing on the way; hopefully get them painted and on next week. Then late next month after I move back to SoCal I'll get the Stilling bumper and grill, I'm not willing to pay $120 for the shipping. And when Borla releses the exhaust, that will be it for a while.Shift_Altima wrote:Niceee choice man. Very nice. Wow new wheels and you don't even have ur plates!! Atleast use the stock tires for a little! really nice
$510 a piece, if Tire Rack didn't have the Bill-me-later financing, I wouldn't have done it right now. The quality is a hell of a lot better then my Enkie RSV's I had on my SVT Focus.TheBourneAltimatum wrote:how much you get those for they are nice...you cant go wrong with enkie
$510 a piece Man,..you're what they call a BIG BALLER!!!! What's the percentage on the finance charges? It's bad enough paying over $2k for wheels/tires but even worst when you're paying interest on the whole amt. But that's just my opinion.R1Wolf wrote:$510 a piece, if Tire Rack didn't have the Bill-me-later financing, I wouldn't have done it right now.
They'll be paid off before the finance charge bothers me, 2 months max.dangeris wrote:

where the he!! did you find that plz post the site (I WANT THEM NOW!)TheBourneAltimatum wrote:how much you get those for they are nice...you cant go wrong with enkie
this is what i am gonna eventually get
I talked to the dealer and a few shops today. Everyone says that only the dealer can do this... Dealer says it will cost $140 re-register the new sensors. My guess, if you can get the rims and tires unmounted, install the original sensors, you probably won't have this problem. But if they are new sensors, which mine are, then the have to get registered to the car.altimacruiser wrote:I would also like some info about the TPMS cuz I dont know if I want to buy rims and then have the light going off and irritating me. So I think I will wait and see if there are any solutions to this before I buy wheels but my income tax will only go so far so I am shopping around any info would help thanx. Those are bad *** rims though dude.
Those are the nismo maxima wheels, you can find them at most nismo websites.I.E mynismo.com or thenismoshop.comskiski329 wrote:where the he!! did you find that plz post the site (I WANT THEM NOW!)
I transfered my old TPMS into my new aftermarket wheels and I have had no problem with the warning light going on. They were done at America Tires. All they did was put in a rebuild kit for $20. So it seems like your correct about transferring the old onesR1Wolf wrote:
