Hello all,

I have inherited my father's 1986 Datsun 720. It has 321,000 miles on it and still runs great. My father took great care of it. But with all those miles, and my father isn't a small guy, the stock bench seat is BEAT!! A side from finding a bench seat from other 86, is there any other year's seat that would fit with little or not mods? Could I use bucket seats from another 720? Or would a bench seat from a later model hardbody fit?

I think it would be pretty easy to make some brackets and mount whatever seat you want.

But I think I heard some mazda seats (323 maybe?) fit and the honda eg civics need a slight modification but a couple of the bolts line up. As for another bench seat? IDK
