hey guys im new to the forum and i got a 06 spec v so far all ive done is cold air intake and catback exhaust i was intersted in gettin lowerin springs and either turbo or engine swap just lookin for some advice on wat u guys think i should do thanks

Depends on what you want to do with it. Do some searching, the pros and cons of many different mod setups have come up a number of times.

Welcome to the club. Intake and exhaust definitely open up the QR a bit. As with springs theres all kinds out there, but be weary as to you get what you pay for so don't settle for cheap stuff. I do believe a couple companys offer turbo kits for the QR, so you could look that route. Engine swap .....VQ35DE
