Hello People we just picked up our first Altima coupe a few days ago. It is an 09 2.5 6spd, in Super Black... so far we put about 150 miles on it and totally love the car. We started out with an 05 Xterra, we currently have the 09 Versa HB bought back in January, and now added the Altima coupe to replace my gas guzzling Ford Van to commute to work...

please bear with me, I am still navigating my way thru this excellent site...

on the Versa, there is replaceable drain plug washers, Does the Altima have the same washers? same part number?

I recently did an oil change on the versa and reused the washer one time.I`m going to get a few tomorrow hopefully and will alsoi get some for the Altima if needed... Thanks for a quick reply...BluVersaS...

Thank You, I just found and read that the Altima also needs a new washer with oil changes... I`ll buzz over to the dealer tomorrow and get a few if they have them...

Yup, I used to be an all Ford family, had some nice vehicles, Escape, Crown Vic, Ford trucks and vans, but when we had first got the Xterra I was quickly sold on Nissan. I know autos have come quite a ways, but the Versa HB is a good little car that does the job for the misses. I`m very pleased so far with the Coupe!...It is nice to drive a manual transmission again...

exit 58 off the GSP, take a look at a map, it`s on the coast just north of Mystic island. I like this area, but the commute for work is killer ,that`s the main reason for getting the altima...
