i used wal mart spray paint its the gold one lolol, they sell a shiny chrome gold but i used the other one, i believe its made by rustoleum

how'd you get such even layers?i have rims that have alot of spokes that have sides so when i sprayed them, it wasn't to even

yea its held up pretty well, just had to clean it and primer it, paint it, and clear coat it. used about 1 can on the primer2 cans of paint 2 cans of clear coat (satin)and i put em on about 1 1/2 hours after the last coat of clearcame out alot better than i imagined lol

the even layers were pretty hard to do, just gotta be patient and use alot of light coats, and lots of patience lol. Oh yea having a friend thats rattled cann'd lots of things helps too lol

so u notice a diffrence with undrhood temps? run better? etc.

umm i did it just for the looks but its not really too hot around here on the day of the show it was only about 90. Not too much performance difference lol.

Lol nice motivational, but most of the chicks there were uggo's cept for maybe 1 or 2 of the girls

I just added some washers to where the hinges connect to the hood, i used 4 washers on each side on the upper nut
