new head ka24de, now no start...help!!!

yeah i replaced the head.. now it wont start but cranks. gettin fuel,wires are alittle messed up but gettin spark, compression tested got 120 on 1,2,3and 140 on 4. the only thing is i took all the egr stuff off, except for the inlet in the intake manny. when crankin sounds like it wants to fire and spark the fuel but goes out. timed to what i learned on the net. the two dots on the cam sprocket to the two silver chain-lob, with the cam-lobs facin away from the center. man... i want to drive it !!!!!!!! please help thanks.

hmmmm low compression. When I put the head back on my DE I had trouble with the timing, so just make sure the bottom end is in time along with the cams. Then play with the distributor a little bit. I messed mine up at first and it started firing out of the intake lol so I had to fix that.
