NEW GUY alternator belt slipping??

Hey guys I've been looking at this forum for while now and its been very helpful for work on my 720. Its a 1985 single cab longbed with the z24. My alternator belt started slipping a few weeks ago. It would only slip when it first started up or when accelerating, and the slipping got worse and worse, so I replaced the belt. It worked for a few days, but now its starting to slip again. Any suggestions??

new belts will do that for a while just keep tightening it via the alternator. once it stretches it'll stop.
