I have it connecting to the fuel canister, dont know if thats where it goes but hey I dont know anything!

yeah you don't need it, it can be plugged. Man whats with the way you ran your fuel / regulator? why do you have it up in the air like that? Its doing a couple bad things with the way you have it hanging. one you are restricting air flow into the carb, two you are making your fuel pump work harder. three liquid seeks its own level. can I see a picture further down where you tapped into your fuel hardlines?

as far as tuning goes you have to follow the directions that came with the weber. choke plates open truck at operating temperature you have to find your lean best idle. The lack of tuning could be causing your whole dieseling issue.

My fuel hard lines come up near my Carb just like they do stock. I would have some pictures but its pouring outside!

right between where the hardlines are down near the ground and where they come up to where that Y is you should plant all that stuff. its better that the regulator is before the bypass as you can utilise the bypass if your pressure is really that off rather than constricting flow that much and killing your fuel pump in the process. look on my thread or anyone thats running a weber. you'll see pictures of how it should be. This carb stuff isn't hard but with everything mechanical involving a combustion engine or heavy moving parts of any kind attention to detail is critical!
