One off a similar year Sentra should be a match, try a junkyard they will have a interchange book for exact years that will work. As for a lip not sure what will work.

I know a Junkyard that I go too in St. Pete that I am 100% sure that will have your door handle The last time I was there was last month and there was a few Nissan's there with lot's of parts. You might want to try the yellow pages in your area under Junkyards and just give them a call.
