Your model year has the 3.3L right?
The aftermarket for that is not real large but you can always do the usual exhaust and intake, but both have their detractors.

One of the best ways to keep performance up is to make sure the vehicle is in good shape so :new plugs , air filter, fuel filter, maintain your cooling system <well> otehrwise the ECU will take away some of your power if the coolant temps it reads are off.
If you want a repaint go with the grey but only if its a dark grey.As for aftermarket wheels the best wheel are usually available as so called "dealer take-offs" , call a Nissan of Infiniti delaer if they ahve some nice factpory take-off.better quality wheels than your average aftermarket shop will have. Also, don't go crazy wiuth the size of your wheels, remember the bigger the wheel the heavier= slower vehicle, worse braking etc
