new 18"s and TPMS

Here is the question I bought a set of rims and they should be here soon. do I need:1.) to have the TPMS transducer removed from my old wheels?How do I , Who do I have do this?

2.) Who does the new mount of the transducer, With what material, Epoxy,etc..?

What has putting 18"s on your versa do for your milleage. weight is around 170 pounds rims wheels and air roughly.Help me please. Also if you have any info on HID hi/lo beam.Chris
