New AEM CAI. Took about an hour. Install wasnt bad at all. Sounds good with the exhaust. You can mos def feel the difference.

So, will your engine cover fit back on? My AEM should be here tomorrow, and now thats worrying me. lol

the engine cover has two bolts. take the bolts out and pull back and it comes off so easy. no need to worry.

The reason I asked is because the last pic with the intake installed doesn't have the engine cover on. I just wanted to make sure the cover would fit after installation.

Yes, the engine cover will fit after the AEM is installed.

Hey did you have one rubber hose sticking out from the engine under the box were the intake was installed?

Looks to me like the difference is the new funnel from the front end to the filter. I haven't seen one that looks like that. I really like it!

The lowest price of the polished that I could find is $369, on ebay and for the silver finish $340 on autoanything.com

the intake sounds good to me. sounds even better with the exhaust. To make it sounds even nuts install the y pipe. Your car will never sound the same again.
