I've gotten close to 200k miles on my 88 Mazda 929 and a 1980 VW Diesel Rabbit clutches and over 100k miles on clutches in two VW Beedles. The Rabbit had a oil pump failure at 246k miles and I got rid of it with an almost new replacement clutch
Been driving stick shift vehicles for over 50 years and if driven properly you should not have any clutch or transmission issues.
Aggressive driving, racing, peeling rubber, etc is going to cost you. It may be fun but there is a heavy price to pay ($$$$) which is why your vehicle needs a clutch with so little mileage.
The reason automobile manufactures recomend premium over regular is so their overhyped HP ratings can be confirmed. I've done tests between regular, mid grade 91 and premium 93 at one month intervals and saw no perceptable results so I just use regular 87 octane and save the $.30 per gallon.
I had a 2011 G37 loaner for a couple of weeks when my wiring harness was replaced at the dealer and it ran fine on 87 octane.
BTW at 157945 miles today I've used 6624.986 gallons of mostly regular 87 octane so far with a 23.840 overall MPG since purchased new on 12/31/05
I get lower MPG in winter because of the cold and whatever they add to winter gas to reduce smog.
Good luck with your G
