Needed For Tune?

Hey guys, kinda noob question but im confused....im planning going 264 cams and headers(already have i/e) but after these 2 bolt-ons i want a tune.....so my q is, whis is needed to tune the stock ECU?

can i get an safc and bring to a dyno or do i need a chip or something lol?...any help is good, thanks...and sry if its been covered but i couldnt find much
