Need wiring help please.

I am doing my wiring harness right now, I just cut off the end of the CA harness so that I can wiring in my KA plugs. In the wiring guide it says that I should have 1 red wire on the KA harness, and 1 on the CA harness, but I have 2 red wires on my CA harness. I don't know what to do now. Anyone run into this before?

Does the red wire they write about go up to the ecu, pin 58 I think?

I'll double check this on my swap. I thinking it would be the larger gauge wire.
