Need Tips on 2003.5 G35 Sedan upgrades.

Hi Guys, still new here, but been going thru alot of the topics. I want to upgrade my g35 a little bit. Spending range around 2000-3000 dollars or so Here is what I have planned.

Power MODS_______--PopCharger/Z-tube--Tanabe super racing medallion exhaust [maybe]--Tien Flex Coilovers--EDFC--Spacers? dunno which ones i need or should get, but which ever is best for my car.

Exterior/Interior______--HID lights [how high can they be and still be street legal? 7000k?] --neon blue lights on inside door panels near floor.--possibly a nice tasteful decal or two on the car. [ any recomendations? ]
