I have a nasty stain on my leather seat from some RainX that leaked onto it. Is there anything that I can do to remove it?

(If you want to know how it got on there, I just picked up the bottle and had it sitting on the passenger seat. One of my friends wanted to see my new Kenwood 8120 Navi unit, so he went to the car, jumped in the passenger side and sat on the bottle, not realizing it was there. Well, when he did that, some of the RainX leaked onto the seat. I got a cloth to wipe it down, but it stained in an instant.)

Well I dont know were you live but if you live near a saddle or tack shop go there and ask them for their best leather saddle cleaner. They usually have little bottle to give or sell for trial. I have used that for years on all my leather and I never had a problem. Make sure you ask whatever brand they sell exactly how to use and apply it. Good luck let us know if anything else comes your way and gets it out.

This goes along with what blacksmoke said, but you could try a small bottle of Lexol. My local saddle shop recommended it, and my local Toyota parts dept. has small trial bottles for like $3.00

I tried lexol....unfortunatly, it didn't work so I think I'm gonna have a leather specialist do a color match for me and dye the spot for me. Thanks for the input guys.
