need some help`

im just learing about the KA24de(t) and i was wondering what all i need, i want to keep stock bottom end of KA, but im going to get some head work done, i need to know what all i need, like in the fule managment and ingition department.. EX: what size injectors, and do i need a fule pressure regulator if i get an SAFC, but what eles do i need, and do u think that i can make a safe 300whp on stock bottom end...that is my goal is a 300whp.thanks
