Need some help if this problem happen to someone before by chance

Ok so i changed my alternator battery oil belts etc.....now for some reason my radio keeps going out and my battery is only reading 12.0 i know its suppose to be like 13.5 or 14 ....can anyone please tell me something good...all of my fuses are good also

is this a recently installed radio? Check your wiring.

I wanna say its been in my car for a good 5 months or something ....and the radio that was in it at first use to cut out but not like my radio is doing now it just happen once in a blue moon.....the radio in it didnt start doing it intill my battery went dead on me like a month ago ....and thats when i changed the alternator etc

How does the wiring harness look? Was it a pro job or is the harness hacked? i don't see how the alternator being changed would affect the deck.
