Need location of thermo sending unit

just wondering where the sender unit for the thermostat is?

my temp gauge is always acting weird and takes 5 hours to get to NOT so im thinkin it might be going out

also anyone got any good techniques for getting the hoses off the cover that holds the fuel pump? i gotta check the sender unit there as well and cant get the hoses off

Dude you should get a FSM here it is

For the thermo question just follow your upper radiator hose and you will find it . Theres two sensors near it , the one for the dash gauge is the one with a simple connector and the other one with a beeffy connector is the one for the ECU.

Its normal the hose on the fuel pump are there for whats like 14-15 Years ? hehe just wiggle them, take a screw driver try to play under the lip a litlle watch out to not crack them and not pry the metal tube .. with some patience it should be alright. Lubricate them a litlle when you re-install them should be easy with some wd40.
