Need help with my 300

So I'm new to this group but I have a 96 300zx and it will die when I pull it out of gear at a stop light. It idles at 2 with it in any gear but when in neutral and the car stopped the rpm will drop and die or almost die sometimes it stays on. And it will go on neutral when the cars rolling and be fine only when I come to a complete stop at a stoplight or sign. Please help

Yes we can see it, give it time for folks to respond, many of us don't get on everyday. Your description of what is going on is very murky at best, if you clarify what exactly is going on, point by point, also specify if you have a Manual or Auto then you'll have better luck in getting responses. I personally would love to help but can't make sense of your post and need a lot more info so succinctly describe what is going on and I'll try to help you out.

Ok I'm having a hard time finding my way around this forum i can't find what I even posted before. But my car will die when it's in neutral at a complete stop. It's Manual. It will coast in neutral but right when I come to a stop rpm will drop from two to below one and then die. Sometimes it will just idle rough then stay at 1

Also my clutch gets stuck down and i have to pull it back up for it to work. There's a lot of work needing done just need some of these more major things figured out. Also when i hit a bump in the road the a** end will kinda hop over to the right maybe a strut or shock idk for sure. Anything will help

Sounds Like you picked up an abused Z, all I can say, without going into writing a novel on here is that you should read through the trouble diagnosis section of the FSM (available in the sticky at the top of the Tech Forum) this may help you figure out the stalling issue. The rear end hopping issue could be a number of things, from bad bushings to a bent subframe this is one of those that if you don't know what you are looking for perhaps paying a pro to have a look is a good idea because this could potentially be a VERY dangerous problem,
