Need help. TIRE and rim wise

I just got these 2 toyo t1r tires for a deal and they are size 235-40-18. Can I fit a staggered set of rims on these tires? If not what kind of rims will fit these tires?

235 series tire would be a perfect fit on an 8.5" wide wheel, generally you can go an inch in either direction

Would the SSR or Work meisters in 18's be able to fit those toyo tires?

??? any wheel of any brand in an 18x7.5 to an 18 x 9.5 will fit those tires, the bolt circle and offset will determine if they fit your car, name brand plays no factor
