Longest sentence ever. The fix on a stock centerlink is to bore out the tierod studs on them and install a spherical bearing in their place, and use through bolts to attache it to the pitman/idler arms.

There's a banner ad running on my website (www.nissan4wheelers.com) for Hoohaa centerlinks where with a core, he'll sell you one already machined for $225 - pretty cheap when you look at the price of other kits out there.

hey thanks for the info, do you know the size of the spherical bearing. i have a bearing shop near by and i could order them through them. sounds like it would not be too hard to do just be careful is all. if i could just get the specs on bearings and how big to mil the hole and do i need to leave a bottom to it so the bearings dont touch?let me know desert rat thanks aganjustin

Can't help you with the specific bearing size. Try hitting some of the 4x4 forums and asking around.
