Need help getting it started???

I just finished the paint but body work. Drove it to work and it cut off in the parking lot and now it want start. Had the guy bring out the cart and give me a jump. But I found out he was using 24v after I turn the key. I thought that it was the PTU unit because it was loosing power on the way to work and it was turning over but I didn't think that it was getting any fire. I replaced the PTU unit and now the starter just goes Click. The motor just goes click every time. What do you think that I should check now? Take the starter off and have it tested ? I really need some help with what to check out next?

So it just clicks even if you are jump starting it? If that's the case, then yeah, I'd say you have a bad starter.
