Per Maintenance Schedule 1, plugs are replaced at 105,000 miles. Check your car manual. The O2 senors are only replaced as failed. Suspension components maybe at 60K/90K or when performance has been degraded - your call.
I do transmission flush after the first 3 years and every 2 years thereafter.
Is the rotten smell coming from the air vents. If so, you may have molds in the evaporator. and/or cabin filter. This problem has become common since the switch from R12 to R134 refrigerant, compounded by dirty cabin air filter. Make sure your AC evap drain line is not clogged. Have the cabin air filter replaced and then apply BG Frigi Fresh (available from IoS - infinitipartsUSA.com) to kill the molds. If BG treatment did not work, next option will be the Einzett Klima Cleaner - a foaming evap scrub that can be applied directly to the evaporator (may require drilling a hole on the AC vent line if there is a screen in the air vent).
In the interim, you can use Ozium Air Sanitizer. Set AC to FRESH AIR mode and cycle it to MAX COOL then MAX HEAT several times. Spray Ozium at the AC air intake.
To minimize possibility of molds forming in your AC system, switch to ECON mode close to the end of your trip. Any frost/water in the evap should drain out (and not become stagnant, causing molds to grow).
