Need a cheap place in L.A. to replace my clutch

So I get a stock swap for my ka and these people say they replace my clutch... and now its making mad noise, which is probably my throwout bearing. Blah...I need to find a shop that can replace my clutch, throwout and pilot bearings, and possibbly machine my flywheel in the Los Angeles area that is cheap and reliable. I got a qoute from this one shop for $405. Please help me my 91 240 is in pain.

405 sounds about right. thats how much i paid for mine including machining the flywheel. Keep in mind- its not that hard to do yourself, the only difficult part is lowering and lifting the weight of the transmission.

P.S. and those two bolts at the top of the bellhousing, they are a biotch.

thanks man. I was thinking about doing it myself, but i need someone at least looking on that knows what they are doing. I have most of the tools, but i dont know if i need more height since i only have 2 jackstands and nothing to really lower the transmission onto. Oh well either way i must do something soon or my throwout is gonna explode. Oh and thanks black240 for the email, but i think placentia is a little far from where i live, which is south pasadena.
