yeah they do. if for some reason they don't, you can pick up some k-sport camber plates that would work just fine for them. thanks for the email bryton, it helps to somewhat know what i'm doing!lol. but sorry, my phone is all kinds of f***ed up right now, lol.

so Pat, do you finally have a working car or what? Looks like you need some flat black rustoleum for that hood man. I guess you're not going to sell me the 93 now huh?

Yea i have the 91 fixed and all. Grandfather took it to work and put it up on the frame machine and straightened it, then i had to work all day yesterday on the studs. Its ready to go just waiting for the title to come in from my friend.

Haha, The 93 is just sitting there on jack stands. Had to take the studs off. Chris is also going to be buying the rear bumper and then Bryton has a few things he needs. Im trying to get my hands on a Pignose that is at this abandoned house down the street.

ClubSX, er... uh.... Black on Gold, I finaly remembered to talk to my buddy about the 5 speed swap for you, he wants $400 for everything: transmission, pedals, master/slave cyclinder, all lines, flywheel, clutch, drive shaft and anything else for the swap you need that I forgot to list.

That doesnt sound like a bad idea at all. That will definately have to be the first thing that i get for the car. Then im thinking of getting a new KA. Mine is running horrible, plus it looks horrible.

Another KA, I was thinking that you were heading down the CA path?? You should be able to get most of the CA swap done for the dough that you would have to shell out for the KA, and you still don't get a turbo.

Yea. Thats true. I think KA's are over priced if you ask me. Im still not sure yet what i'll be doing. I think im just going to work and work to save the money and then see where im at after a few months or so. I think thats my best bet.

hey all. see you guys are keeping busy...

does anyone know of any cars being parted out in the charlotte area? I work in charlotte, live in gaston county and i need to find a steering column. the threads on the steering wheel bolt were stripped by the last owner of the car, and its getting pretty loose now. want to replace the column before it craps out.

TIA!!

That sounds like a good idea. Just keep saving and eventually you'll be able to afford whatever swap you want. That's how I'm going about getting my RB

Hey Cygnus, check w/ Black on Gold, he's parting out his hatch but he's not in Charlotte so that may cause complications for you...idk

I agree with you Jordan, If you want a low mileage KA though your going to be paying roughly $650-750 and thats with stock internals and N/A.

I have one. I had to smash it though to unlock the steering. It would not come out any other way. Not sure if it'll still help you. Im not sure how to remove a steering column either. I can work on anything but that. Here are some pics

Whenever you want it. Im about to just get rid of both honestly. They are causing more problems then i am able to deal with. First the black one needed to get the frame straightened, then i had to change the studs, and now from what i see there is oil on everything underneath. Honestly i have a headache from all this. Never thought i'd be this much trouble. I really dont know where to start = /

change out your front mail oil seal and valve cover gasket. my car did the same thing, but not anymore. don't give up on a 240, and it won't give up on you! we're gonna have to figure out how to do this transaction.

yeah..the front main seal is pretty easy, and only costs like $10 at the parts store. just yank the crank pulley, pop out the old seal, seat the new seal, and replace the pulley.

sent you my cell # in email

Hey Chris, perhaps you and I can ride up to Rock Hill next weekend and get that bumper for you. I have some stuff that I want to get as well.

Don't be depressed Black on Gold, we all go through financial issues from time to time. As long as money makes the world go round, there will always be financial hardship. Just keep your up and continue pressing forward. You're still pretty young and have some time before you really get into a situation where your funds are in line with your lifestyle. Take it from me, it doesn't really get any easier either, the older you get, the more responsibility you have and the harder it is to set aside funds for personal projects.

If it makes anyone feel better I have no monies! I love it actually. Quite liberating. At the end of the month I'm like screw it if they get paid they get paid its not worth worrying about. And I've always been well blessed and my bills have gotten paid.

As we progress through life, we reach new plateau's in finances. It's better imo to get to the end of the month and know that all of your bills are paid, then not. Yeah bills suck but they are a part of life unless you're related to bill gates or unless you win the powerball....lol You just gotta fight through the and keep it rollin.
